The Technique. Just
say AHHH.
This is a version of a basic
relaxation technique that is
really pleasurable. Just feel that you are getting into a hot tub or getting a
massage or getting into a big bed with clean sheets and say AHHH. On the last H
just let go of everything, Just say “AHHH” with great feelings of pleasure,
let it sll go with your exhale, then notice the quiet space before you need to
inhale again.
Put all your attention on the exhale and the
"letting-go" into pleasure. AHHH it feels so good. Put no
thought on inhaling. Let your body do that all by itself.
You just notice the space after you exhale... and wait... until your body inhales
all by itself.
The key here is to feel the pleasure and notice that
quiet beautiful space. That’s why you want to associate this with something
nice. Pure leisure can be experienced in every AHHH. This is good to do every
hour just to keep you clear and centered and creative. Try it now. Take a deep
breath notice the place where you are full (the turning point) say AHHH and let
go into your leisure. Five or ten of these ought to get you a little bit more
relaxed. |
